Definition and Scope of Fields
This block contains the information needed to identify the institution, physical site or collection at which a bibliographic unit is located or from which it may be available. The following fields are defined:
Occurrence
A holdings record must contain a field 252 or a field 256 to identify the physical site location that consists of a combination of an institution identifier and identifiers of one or many of its sub locations.
Others fields of 2-- block may be used if necessary.
